Our apartments will be open from 1st December 2011 and throughout the winter 2011/12 for those winter sun seekers.

The cost per apartment is £540.00 / €615.00 / TL 1,400 per week. There is a minimum of 7 nights stay required.

Each apartment has two double bedrooms with two singles and a double. There is also a sofa bed in the main area of the apartment should your party or family have five people.

For a family or party of four people the cost works out at £19.28p per night per person.

During high season in from June to September prices may be slighty higher but depend on demand.

We also ask for a £400 holding desposit which is returnable on inspection of the apartment at the end of the week and all being well.

We provide Turkish breakfast including fruit, juices, eggs, tea, coffee, preserves, honey, yoghut and bread which is at an extra cost.

Airport transport can be arranged by taxi. Or we can also pick you up from the airport in person. There is a fee for this.

We can also advise you on the best way to reach Turkey whether you’re flying or driving.

Yahsi Holiday Apartment Layout and Information

Each apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with two single beds and 1 bedroom with a double). There are two sofas in the living area one of which can sleep an extra person or child. The apartments are fully furnished with air conditioning, kitchen, bathroom and a garden terrace. There is also TV and Wifi free access. Each apartment is 720 sq feet or about 80sq metres so there’s no shortage of space. The apartments are set in gardens surrounded by tall eucalyptus trees. The gardens are quiet and we only rent two apartments out in total.

If you’re looking for a quiet beach holiday with everything a stones throw but without all the holidaymakers, clubbers and all the noise then our self-catering apartments are perfect for you, your family or friends. And just in case your wondering what you’ll find within a five minute walk (and we mean that) well, there’s the best fish restaurant in Bodrum (Kosham restaurant), half a dozen other restaurants that sell fantastic Turkish pizza called Pide, numerous beach front swimming pools and two Turkish Sauna complexes.

Further afield the Bodrum area is scattered with numerous towns and villages that you can explore and of course there’s Bodrum itself with its world famous habour, medieval castle and nightlife.

There’s also lots of things to do on the sea with one to seven day voyages to beautiful secluded bays and beaches. There are tours to numerous historical sites of the Greek classical world and mountains and countryside to the north of Bodrum is virtually untouched.
